We reconstruct complex portfolios, review banking relationships, and translate sophisticated financial structures into clear, actionable insights.

We do not sell financial products, manage assets, or provide investment advice, ensuring fully independent and unbiased analysis.

Francesc Naya

Founder

  • Francesc is the founder of NAYSA Capital. Previously, he was a Scientific Collaborator at the Finance Institute of the Fribourg School of Management in Switzerland, where he worked on research projects and private mandates with asset managers, private banks and other financial institutions. Before, he served as an Associate at Afrika Financial Group (ex-BDK Financial Group), an investment company focusing in the Financial Services sector in West Africa, where he led the Credit team under the supervision of the Group’s Deputy CEO. Prior to that, Francesc worked at TIMWETECH, a global technology firm, where he optimized the credit scoring algorithms of its airtime credit business in Brazil. He also worked at Franklin Templeton Investments in Luxembourg.

    Francesc holds a MSc. in Wealth Management from the University of Geneva and a BSc. in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. He speaks fluently English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Catalan.

Nils Tuchschmid

Academic Advisor

  • Nils Tuchschmid is currently professor and head of the Finance Institute at the Haute Ecole de Gestion Fribourg, (HEG-FR ; University of Applied Sciences). Before joining HEG-FR, Nils was a Partner, Head of Tactical Trading Strategies and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Tages Group. Previously, he was the Co-Head of the Alternative Funds Advisory team at UBS and Head of Multi-Manager Portfolios at Credit-Suisse. He also worked as Strategist and Head of quantitative research and alternative investments at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.

    Nils was Professor of Banking and Finance at HEG Geneva and Professor of Finance at HEC Lausanne University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Geneva and has published numerous articles and research papers in particular on asset management and asset allocation, on alternative investments and performance measurement.
